We know how challenging it must be as a parent to see your child struggling to overcome a chemical dependency problem. We are dedicated to assisting you in helping your loved one during this very difficult time. Our focus is on providing high quality, comprehensive, individualized chemical dependency treatment to males ages 13-17 by paying special attention to those problems inherent to substance abusers.

Who are we?
Incentives is a licensed residential and outpatient treatment facility for chemically dependent adolescents regulated by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), formerly known as the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (TCADA).

Incentives is a Texas State Chartered profit corporation formed in September 1992. Over the years Incentives has successfully treated several adolescents. Based on community need and support, we completed the construction of a new facility located in Katy, Texas in June 1999. The program is specifically designed for the treatment of adolescents who have a primary diagnosis of chemical dependency or substance abuse. Incentives is licensed for 48 residential beds and 40 outpatient slots.

Working in collaboration with Southwest High School, Incentives also offers on-site educational services.

Incentives has demonstrated its ability to work effectively with a diverse population through the effective teamwork of substance abuse professionals, psychiatric staff, educators, allied health professionals and by developing strong community based referral services. We want to help you regain the son you always knew, a happy, healthy and well-adjusted young man.
