Program Goals and Objectives
The following are the goals and objectives of the Incentives Residential Treatment Program.
Completion of Treatment
Goal: Clients will successfully complete Incentives’ residential treatment program. Objective: 80% of Incentives’ residential treatment clients will successfully complete treatment as measured by the completion at discharge of 75% of the client’s combined treatment plan goals and projected length of stay.
Abstinence
Goal: To eliminate the use of alcohol and drugs by Incentives’ clients. Objective: 75% of Incentives’ residential treatment clients will report no use of drugs and alcohol in the past 30 days when contacted 60 days after discharge from treatment.
Recidivism
Goal: To prevent client involvement in criminal activities. Objective: 75% of Incentives’ residential treatment clients will report no arrests since discharge from treatment when contacted 60 days after discharge from treatment. Objective: 75% of Incentives’ residential treatment clients who are referred by juvenile probation will have no arrests since discharge from treatment as reported by the supervising county probation department 60 days after discharge from treatment.
Follow-Up Contact
Goal: To contact all clients who attended Incentives residential treatment program 60 days after discharge to determine the results of their treatment. Objective: Incentives’ staff will contact a minimum of 75% of clients discharged from treatment at 60-day follow-up. Contact may be directly with client or with other individuals listed by the client on the Incentives Follow-up Client Release of Information Consent Form.
